Holly Bender, PhD

Technical Group Manager – Economic and Regulatory Analysis

Holly is our guru in socioeconomic analysis, economic impact analysis and input-output modeling, environmental justice analysis, stakeholder analysis, benefit-cost analysis, econometric analysis, and survey research. She is certified in both BLM socioeconomic analysis and advanced IMPLAN® economic impact analysis.

Ashley Bushey

Technical Group Manager - Cultural Resources

Ashley’s focus is on historic preservation and planning, emphasizing Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. She supports projects and clients with technical expertise in Section 106 compliance, Section 4(f) analysis and documentation, and identifying innovative strategies to advance a project’s goal while preserving our historic heritage.

Russ Cirillo, PE

Technical Group Manager – Remediation

Russ is a licensed environmental engineer with experience supporting remediation, water treatment, value engineering, permitting and regulatory compliance projects. He is proficient at building teams to address complex problems in both the government and private sector. He has a proven track record addressing remediation and site closure requirements while minimizing life-cycle costs.

Robyn Kullas

Technical Group Manager – NEPA and Planning

Robyn is experienced in managing NEPA compliance projects. Her experience includes preparing technical documentation, evaluating impacts, and identifying mitigation and permitting measures for Environmental Assessments, Environmental Impact Statements, and Categorical Exclusions, and specializes in project management and Section 4(f) documentation and clearances.

Michelle Marin

Technical Group Manager - Regulatory Compliance

Michelle is a geologist with experience in pre-acquisition site assessments, all phases of soil and groundwater investigations and remediation, regulatory compliance and reporting at the local, state and federal levels, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures plans, and underground storage tank management and removals.

Tim Grenier, PE

Technical Group Manager - Due Diligence

Tim is an environmental engineer with expertise in environmental site assessments and hazardous material surveys. He has completed numerous Materials Management Plans, assisted clients with Colorado Water Quality Control Division permits for de-watering and discharge, completed hydraulic evaluations, as well as Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments.

Karin McShea

Technical Group Manager – Biological Resources

Karin is a biologist and ecologist with technical expertise in noxious weed inventories/mapping, qualitative and quantitative botanical surveys and inventories, sensitive and rare plant surveys, wetland delineations, GIS mapping and Management Indicator Species reports. She is also experienced in evaluating biological resources and impacts supporting NEPA evaluations, including Categorical Exclusions, Environmental Assessments and Environmental Impact Statements..

Bridget Mitchell, PE

Technical Group Manager – Environmental Engineering

Bridget specializes in stormwater management design, sub-slab venting system design, and permitting site/civil work. Her responsibilities include hydraulic design, hydrologic analysis, permitting, and coordinating with key regulatory agencies.

Tricia McCready

Tricia McCready has over 15 years in the Industrial Hygiene (IH) and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) fields. She brings private industry experience from her background as an independent IH/ EHS consultant, a medical laboratory Regional EHS Manager and an onsite Industrial Hygiene contractor for a large brewery. Her specialties include various chemical and dust air monitoring, noise dosimetry, employee exposure assessments and EHS training.
